Ikwo Noyo Youth Consultative Forum (INYCF) under the leadership of Dr. Onyechi Nwankwo has incorporated the following non-elected offices to help facilitate the smooth running of the forum’s affairs.

The importance of the youths in sociatal building cannot be overemphasized; no wonder in a sane clime budgetary allocation to the youths categories usually is very significant knowing that the return on investment targeted on this category is usually directly proportional to the input due to the productivity index of this class unlike the extremes of age.

The trustees are the arm of the association that play advisory role and guide the association properly to ensure that the association’s goals are attained!
These are Pioneer executives/Interim leadership who led the association prior to the transition of power to the Board of trustees.
These are non-elected offices established to help manage and facilitate the affairs of the organization. They are to work collectively with the executives to drive the interest of the people. They comprises of the Directors and Secretaries.
Ikwo Noyo Youths Consultative Forum (INYCF) is the apex youth socio-cultural organization in Ikwo Local government area, the largest local government hosting twenty political wards in Ebonyi State, Nigeria. This body sees to the affairs and social well-being of all her youth home and in diaspora through programs that encourage social networking, reorientations, skill acquisition, educational and capacity building, small and medium scale economic empowerment interventions (summits).
Ikwo Noyo Youth Consultative Forum was formed on 27th October, 2019 with then 39 members from different traditional communities in Ikwo local government area, Ebonyi State, Nigeria .It was later Incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission on 10th day of November, 2020.
