These directorates are created for the purpose of effective and systematic administrative flow aimed at distribution of impacts across classes/units
Directorate of Information and Data Services (DIDS)
This is saddled with the task of data collaction, processing and analysis of the profiles of our youths and stratify them according to professional expertise and functionality. Data is the new oil, as we all know. The plan is to use the data for purpose-led interventions, to help our youth get jobs for economic improvement. This unit will manage our digital presence, including the website and other media of virtual communication and also design original content on our core values and identity.
Directorate of Medical Services (DMS)
Oversee medical outreaches, and health education on preventive and lifestyle modification, including any related services. Be on-the-spot interventions across communities and media programmes.
Directorate of Sports and Social Development (DSSD)
Organises and plans annual and off- season sporting events as well as organises other informal and official social events like awards for deserving youths, farmers, civil servants, public officers, etc.
Skill Enhancement and Agro-development Services (SEAS)
Ensures skill acquisition programmes with an emphasis on digital skills, entrepreneurship, talent hunt/showcase and how to tap from the inherent economic benefits of the Agricultural value-chain.
Contact & Mobilization, Outreaches and Sensitization Services (C-MOSS)
This directorate mobilizes, integrates and sensitizes our youths on our key programmes and value systems, what we represent and where we are headed and disabuses the minds of people from unproven myths that have endangered our productivity. These are community-centred initiatives.
Directorate of Local and Diasporic Service (DLDS) -
This Directorate seeks linkages between INYCF and other national and international organizations for mutually beneficial partnerships. DLDS shall ensure international awareness and globalization of INYCF activities.
Directorate of Women Mobilization (DWM )
Upholds the effective integration and participation of female youths in INYCF through any proper engagement, encouragements and reassurances
Directorate of Business and Investment (DBI)
Is the business hub of the association, searches, explores and analyzes potential areas of businesses and investments; then advices the association. Shall not be limited to physical commodities or resources but advance their searches into digital investments and assets.
Directorate of Attitudinal Change (DAC)
Ensures vigorous campaign on change of ideologies and directions of our youths towards life issues, politics and self reliance. Shall redirect the youths on believe and value systems, curb the increasing tides of social media blackmails syndromes amongst our youths. Preach the need for our youths to have second address before politics to avoid been used as thugs.
Directorate of Education and Students' Affairs (DESA)
Ensures updated information on students related issues, coordinates proper interface between students and the association. Have eagle eyes for possible scholarship opportunities across the globe and report same to the association. Makes proper arrangements from time to time visits to secondary schools for guidance and purpose oriented talks. Ensures comprehensive lists of our students across institutions in Nigeria, stratified into sex, age, profession and year of study as at the time of collation of the data.
Directorate of Political Affairs (DPA)
Advices the association on politics and related matters and ensures that the association takes at any given instance the best decisions to the overall interest of the association. Shall ensure that such advice is sieved of political sentiments.
Directorate of Disciplinary Affairs (DDA)
Ensures unbiased investigations on such matters assigned to it. Gives fair hearing and transparent processes in all matters before it. Makes available all evidences used in their adjudication when asked. Disallows any form of inducement materially or in conduct during her disciplinary process; Submits findings and recommendations to the leadership of INYCF as may be applicable
Directorate of Special Duties(DSD: North & South)
Gathers intelligence, analyzes, reports and possibly advices the president as may be applicable. Shall be of good conduct and non violent nor advertorial of their office while discharging their duties. Be confidential and conservative. Not implicated in any outlawed activities.
Directorate of Monitoring and Evaluation (DME).
Ensures it has grasps of the respective duties of all the directorates and officers of the excos to enable it determine whether they are on track with their mandates or not meeting up. Ensures interval appraisals and updating of the performances of all the units and officers of the association. Shall signal the appropriate quarter(s) and or the leadership of the association at any time the indicator for assessment is indicative of possible error or nonperformance.
